Jens Schroeder - Capocucina ! After years of travelling the world and gaining vital experience in different cuisines including Germany, Switzerland, Britain and the USA, Jens found his place to stay. He uses the Peninsula's freshest ingredients of local producers for his seasonal menu. Together with his small team, he incorporates vineyard grown fruits and vegetables into his cooking as well as Northern Italian inspired dishes to honor the heritage of owner Mario Toniolo.
